We were approached to direct the sale of a popular children’s play centre located in North Yorkshire on the boundary of a populated residential area. The business demonstrated an impressive weekly turnover and was fitted out to a high specification. The premises consisted of a reception area, an open-plan play centre with a variety of equipment, soft play areas and climbing frames. In addition to this, it was made up of a cafeteria with a seating capacity of 55, a commercial kitchen, store and car park. The premises were held on a secure lease with very sensible rent and the business was in operation over 7 days.
