The SMB team was instructed to direct the sale of a fully licensed tea room, coffee shop and café with 90 covers and 48 alfresco. The North Yorkshire tea room was located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales and a popular tourist hotspot which boasts 30,000 acres of lush green countryside over 80 miles of footpaths.  Due to the prime location, the café attracts tourists throughout the year.

The premises were on a secure lease with modest rental terms, with lots of opportunities to grow the business. We were contacted by numerous interested parties and exchanged the purchase agreement within weeks of being instructed to market the business for sale.
