Scenario

The business built a reputable name in the neighbourhood and turnover was increasing at a remarkable rate, however, the owner instructed the sale of the business due to ill health. Located in a commercial business park with ample parking, the business was impeccably presented.

 The premises was fitted to high standards and comprised of a spacious reception area with modern fittings, pedicure and manicure areas, four treatment rooms, relaxation room, spray tan room and 2 shower rooms. Due to the nature of the trade, the business owned an abundance of high value machines and treatment beds.
