Scenario

We were instructed to sell a 47-bed nursing and residential home located in a presentable East Yorkshire village. The business generated impressive profits, however, was put up for sale due to the owner of the last 26 years suffering from illness.

 The business was run by a competent team of staff, including a registered manager. The freehold premises comprised of two blocks, including a garden wing, conservatory, extensive background and beautiful surrounding grounds.
