Convenience Store & Post Office - Case Study

Scenario

We were instructed to market the sale of an East Yorkshire, privately-owned convenience store and post office with a lottery outlet and ATM. The freehold premises consisted of private 2 bedroom accommodation and were put on sale following owner retirement after 25 years of operating the store. 

Solution
