Ashfield Country Manor, located opposite the entrance of children’s theme park, Flamingo Land Resort, was sold by Selling My Business, part of Ernest Wilson.  The village country pub in North Yorkshire consisted of a restaurant, 7 letting rooms, and self-contained accommodation consisting of 4 bedrooms. The business presented a major opportunity to generate more profit due to multiple popular caravan parks in the local vicinity and the theme park. Operational every day of the week, the premises were held on a secure lease and charged sensible rent. . 

Solution

We directed the sale of Ashfield Country Manor which was acquired by Flamingo Land Ltd who shared their vision to execute a major expansion and redesign of the pub. The new owner recognised the potential to incorporate a food journey delivered by local suppliers and to develop a bespoke interior design theme for the pleasure of visitors.
